Kathryn Delgado is a devoted board-certified family nurse practitioner who specializes in holistic healing. She focuses on micronutrient therapy, neuropathy patients, clients with gut issues, neurodivergence, addiction, and mental health conditions. With a background in ER nursing spanning seven years, Kathryn transitioned into regenerative medicine post-NP schooling, enriching her practice with certifications in hormone optimization and ketamine therapy.
Her four-year journey has been defined by a profound understanding of the mind-body connection and a commitment to healing from the inside out. Kathryn's approach emphasizes addressing root causes, whether physical or emotional, to facilitate comprehensive healing.
Beyond her medical practice, Kathryn is deeply involved in philanthropic endeavors, spearheading initiatives like the Behind The Mask - Mental Health Awareness Gala to support local nonprofits in New Mexico.
